Booking policy

Check in is from 3pm – 10pm and your keys will be available at this time. Keys will only be available earlier if this is previously arranged.
Check out is by 11am. Late check out without prior arrangement will result in additional charges.
Parking is subject to availability at all of our properties.
Parties and loud music are strictly prohibited. Violation of these rules can result in eviction without refund.
Only the number of guests specified in the booking should check in and use the apartment. Any additional guests must be pre-approved before arrival. If additional guests are found at the property without consent, the booking will be cancelled with no refunds.
A cleaning fee is charged at booking.
A security deposit of £200 is payable prior to arrival and covers damage to the property, lost keys etc. It is fully refundable upon check out subject to a damage inspection.
Lead guests must be 21 years of age or older.
All bookings are subject to name and address verification – official photo identification is to be sent prior to or on arrival and must match the address on the booking. If there are any issues with this verification, the property reserves the right to cancel the booking.
We reserve the right to cancel bookings with immediate effect in the event of identity or credit card fraud or we suspect fraudulent activity of any kind.
Please note all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
To secure the reservation, a deposit of 50% is chargeable at the time of booking. The remaining 50% must be paid within 24 hours or on arrival. Once the booking deposit or remainder has been charged, they are deemed non-refundable.
